When driving around it is advisable to keep your windows closed as personal items are sometimes snatched by petty thieves at traffic lights or in traffic congestion. Walking at night in high population residential or isolated areas is not advisable. Taxi drivers are usually good guides when you wish to tour the cities at night especially in instances where you are not driving.
